After 9 years of interruption, the Vinon Gliding Club (AAVA) has been mandated by the FFVP and the IGC to organise a Sailplane Grand Prix in September 2022.

After this successful resumption of the organization of competitions, the new management team of the AAVA has decided to reactivate the Coupe du Monde de Vol à Voile en Montagne (CMVVM) in 2023 with the 41st edition.

It invites foreign pilots who have already experienced this competition to come and compete in a Std+15m+Tandem class and an 18m+Open class from 9 to 15 July 2023 in Vinon sur Verdon.

To guarantee a better safety of the tasks, the flight area of this 41st edition of the CMVVM will be limited to the Southern Alps and the Diois.

The objective is to perpetuate the CMVVM during the first two weeks of July.
